Blueberry Raker Santa

Where I live in Downeast Maine, there are acres and acres of wild blueberry barrens.  The wild blueberries are harvested once a year, during the month of August, by hand-rakers using a similar rake to the one this Santa is holding, or they are raked by machines.

This Santa has a dark blue velveteen coat with a cape featuring a berry print fabric, trimmed with fancy white cord.  He has a black belt with a button as his belt buckle.   Santa is holding a wooden blueberry rake and pail loaded with Maine wild blueberries. 

I wonder what he is going to make with all those berries?  Maybe jam, a pie, muffins, hmmm?
